Hingham Public Library Strategic Plan
FY 2027–2031
Maura Deedy (Local Librarian Consulting) hired me to design the final Strategic Plan for Hingham Public Library in Hingham, MA.
She created the Strategic Plan in collaboration with the Library leadership and Board, following months of listening sessions and data-gathering with the community.
Once the Strategic Plan was compiled, I created a 20-page accessible document to present the plan in a polished, engaging format.
